|  | | How do I submit a 3StepShare trouble ticket to the support department? |  | | Question |  | | How do I submit a 3StepShare trouble ticket to the technical support department? | | Answer | | To submit a trouble ticket to the technical support department click on the "Support" option once at the 3StepShare webpage. Then click on the "Maintenance Support Center" option. Login with the proper credentials for the account and click on the "Ask a Question" option. Provide as much detail as possible concerning the current issue, fill in all required fields in bolded print, and click the "Submit Question" button. A ticket number will be assigned to the submission for reference purposes. Emails notifications will be sent to the account holders email address when updates are available or all open tickets can always be reviewed in the "My Stuff" section of the Maintenance Support Center. | | Back to Search Results |
