| | | Using 3StepShare on more than one machine for the same user | | | Question | | | Can I use my 3StepShare license on more than one machine? | | Answer | 3StepShare is designed to allow users of Outlook to share Outlook folder data amongst other users via each user's default email address as setup within Outlook. Further, each user's license keycode is generate via their default email address assigned to their particular machine. Thus, 3StepShare is only supported for use on one machine per user. 3StepShare is not supported on more than one machine for the same user.
However, if the same user has two machines with their own Outlook installations setup with different default email addresses, they can share their Outlook folders amongst each installation as if it's another 3StepShare user so long as they have a license purchased for each machine. | | Related articles | | | Back to Search Results |
